Easy to order. The purchase arrived promptly (even though I'm buying from Australia) and in good condition. My second time buying from this provider.

First of all even Cartier doesn't seem to sell replacement straps for the Roadster so immediately Helvetus made that a win.
But then my customer representative, Mia Schmidt, stayed patiently with me while I misread emails and messed up measurements.
Next strap I need I'll go immediately to Helvetus. When finances permit I'm going to shop their watches.

Deliver another model of the strap but also orange color. Strap quality is good and fixed well.
Strap doesn't have the same quality as the IWC OEM
Much better look for the watch than original band. Only negative there was no option for extra large band for guys with big wrists.
It has responded to what I expected. Everything is ok.
