The 116713LN arrived in the late 2000s as part of the Cerachrom wave and ran for roughly a decade before Rolex retired it at the end of the 2010s.
Yellow Rolesor means the case body is Oystersteel while the bezel, crown and crown guards are 18k yellow gold. The black Cerachrom insert sits inside that gold bezel ring, with the 24-hour numerals filled in gold by a patented process so they never wear off the way painted aluminium did.
